In season five of ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine‘, Rosa started dating Adrian Pimento, played by Jason Mantzoukas, a former detective who went undercover for 12 years and developed some eccentricities during his time in the field. Rosa and Adrian’s relationship was complicated initially, as Adrian struggled with PTSD and was paranoid about being followed.

This relationship, though, had felt serious enough to reach the wedding stage before Pimento left the city due to a looming danger. Eventually, in season five, Rosa realizes that their relationship is toxic and ends things with Adrian for the final this time.

In season six, Rosa began dating a character named Alicia. Although they share an intense relationship, they break up when Alicia moves to London for work. In season seven, Rosa started dating a character named Jocelyn, played by a different actress, Brianna Baker. However, their relationship was short-lived, as Jocelyn decided to pursue her dream job in San Francisco. Do we see a pattern here?
