While it was seemingly going quite well, the creators have announced that it will conclude with the next season, and the fans are shocked.

    Fans of the show are currently looking forward to the release of season 4 of the Amazon show. However, ahead of its release the show runners have clarified that season 5 will be the last season of the comedy show.

    Bad Boys’ creator Eric Kripke has some bad news for the show’s fans who are eagerly awaiting season 4 of the show. Kripke announced that the show shall conclude with season 5, and the news has left fans utterly shocked.

    Eric has seemingly found the perfect opportunity to break the bad news to the show’s fans, as they would now be able to watch season 4 with more enthusiasm and perhaps prepare a mindset for the show’s end.

    Kripke took to X to post about season 5 being the last season of ‘The Boys‘. Posted with the picture of a copy of script of the season 4, the caption read, “Season 5 will be the Final Season!”.

    “Always my plan, I just had to be cagey till I got the final OK from Vought. Thrilled to bring the story to a gory, epic, moist climax. Watch Season 4 in 2 DAYS, cause the end has begun!” it further read.

    Meanwhile, the show’s cast has already begun the press for season 4 which premieres this Thursday, and fans are excited to see what the forthcoming season brings to the screen.

    The Boys’ debuted in 2019, with its story set in a world run by superhero mega corp Vought. The narrative of the show primarily follows the heroic quest of The Boys as they try and expose the truth about the show’s antagonistic The Seven, with the backing of the formidable Vought.

    The Emmy-winning drama directed by Erick Kripke was seemingly pre-planned to last for 5 seasons. During an interview, Kripke clarified that he would need at least 5 seasons to tell the whole story.

    However, to fans’ relief, The Boys‘ has various spin off projects including ‘The Boys Presents: Diabolical’ and live-action ‘supe hero’ college series ‘Gen V,‘ under production..
