Angelina Jolie Is “Livid Over Being Painted The Bad Guy” Amid Divorce From Brad Pitt And Wants To Quit Hollywood

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt‘s romance has been one of the most dramatic stories that Hollywood has seen. What began as a fairytale with both celebrities head over heels in love with each other, took several ugly turns and came to a harsh end.

As the drama continues to unfold with both fighting for their children’s custody, Angelina Jolie has other concerns too. A source recently revealed that Jolie is feeling unfairly portrayed as the “bad guy” in the aftermath of their 2016 split, while Pitt gets to be the greater person. This is also adversely affecting Jolie’s career decisions, and she is about to make a huge one.

A source close to the celebrity ex-couple recently told a UK-based news outlet that Jolie is irate over the perception that Pitt is seen as a victim, while she is largely being portrayed as the “bad guy” in the aftermath of their divorce.

Angie’s livid over being painted the bad guy while Brad is portrayed as a victim,” the source said. “Even with all the facts, their peers are siding with him. It makes her sick that people in Hollywood can be such hypocrites,” the source said.

The couple still has several ongoing disputes, including custody battles and ownership of their winery. The divorce has taken a huge toll on Jolie, who reportedly feels the breakup has affected her more profoundly than her ex-husband.

The source also said that the ongoing feud is affecting the 48-year-old actress’ career as she is contemplating a major life change by leaving acting behind for good. “She doesn’t want to be in L.A. and plans to take off for Cambodia as soon as all the kids are of legal age,” the insider said.

Jolie and Brad Pitt share six children, including Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Vivienne and Knox. Both are fighting for the custody of these children.

The source further disclosed that after distancing herself from Hollywood, Jolie wants to move to Cambodia where her humanitarian work with refugees is primarily based. Jolie herself revealed during an interview that her divorce has limited her freedom, making her want to spend a more unrestricted life.

I grew up in quite a shallow place. Of all the places in the world, Hollywood is not a healthy place,” Jolie said during the interview.

As of now, Pitt has the legal custody of their children. However, a source has alleged that the 60-year-old actor doesn’t spend much time with the children. Pitt also has a flourishing career and a romantic relationship with jewelry designer Ines de Ramon to look forward to.
