John Krasinski and Emily Blunt make one of the most adorable couples in Hollywood. Their chemistry both on and off screen is often has a separate fanbase other than that of the stars themselves. The two were recently seen clad in matching white outfits at the Oscars.
While Emily Blunt was one of the cast members for the highly acclaimed ‘Oppenheimer‘, Krasinski was there to support her. But it wasn’t just the Oscars where Krasinski made it a point to be there for his beau — he is also the reason behind her latest project, ‘The Fall Guy‘.
Emily Blunt Credits John Krasinski For Helping Her Do Her Role Better
At the world premiere of ‘The Fall Guy‘ at SXSW in Austin, Emily Blunt shared insights into her role as director Jody Moreno in the film and how her marriage to John Krasinski helped her add authenticity to the role.
Speaking to People, Blunt said she highly appreciates her husband’s directorial experience, which helped her understand the pressures and complexities of her character. “I am married to a director, I know what it’s like to hold the tempest of the movie in your head and the pressures and being pulled in a million directions,” she said.
Blunt and Krasinski have been married since 2010, and share two daughters, Hazel and Violet.

Emily Blunt Says Her Co-Star Ryan Gosling Is “Just So Easy Peasy To Be Around”
As she further delved into her portrayal of Moreno, Emily Blunt said, “I liked her eccentricity, I liked her humanity. She was fun to me. I just loved her,“ she adds. “I like that we didn’t do the sort of earnest, serious director. I was keen to show somebody in a situation where she was way over her head and yet she’s incredible and talented.”
The actress also praised her co-star Ryan Gosling for the delightful experience she had with him as a co-star. “I mean he’s just so easy peasy to be around,” she said. “He’s a dream collaborator as well. And that idea of stretching a scene around to see the best idea that wins. He’s so much fun. I just loved it, loved it. It was sad when it was over,” she added.
Blunt’s premiere attendance followed her appearance at the 2024 Oscars, where she celebrated her nomination for Best Supporting Performance in ‘Oppenheimer’. She also presented a tribute to stunt performers, alongside Ryan Gosling alongside a playful banter.
