After years of conspiracy theorists claiming that Elon Musk’s success is due to his ability to travel across time, the entrepreneur has finally debunked the claims. Elon Musk’s fans believe they’ve discovered a historical lookalike for him. A fan referred Elon Musk to a photo of a World War I Canadian fighter pilot named Raymond Collishaw in response to a Twitter conversation started by Musk about SpaceX’s Starship rocket.
Collishaw was one of Canada’s best naval fighter pilots during World War I. Collishaw served as a commander during WWII and died in 1976 in Vancouver.

Musk responded with a humorous tweet that has received over 11,000 likes. Also, Musk has been equated to Collishaw on several occasions. A 2017 YouTube video and a 2019 Medium blog both make reference to the similarity. Musk isn’t the first famous person to be given a historical twin. In 2017, actor Keanu Reeves too responded to a fan idea about a startling likeness between him and a nineteenth-century French actor. Greta Thunberg, a climate activist, is also being compared to a young female Klondike gold miner in a photo taken in 1898.
The photograph was uncovered from the University of Washington’s archives. The photograph depicted three youngsters laboring at a gold mine in Canada. Further, it included a girl with a braid similar to Thunberg’s and a stern look.

Dick Costolo Calls Musk A Time Traveller
Ex-executive chief of Twitter, Dick Costolo too once shared his belief of Elon being a time traveler. Perhaps referring to Elon Musk’s erratic sleeping habits or lack thereof. Dick Costolo further shares that when it comes to operating a firm like Musk, according to Dick, sleep is not an option be it for Elon or for anyone else for that matter.
“Elon may be proof that time travel exists, because he seems to have either more hours in the day than the rest of us have, or he’s from the future,”
Dick Costolo told CNBC about his belief in 2017.
That being said, Musk wouldn’t be the first celebrity to raise questions about time travel. As mentioned above, some other coincidences from the past with some other celebrities.
