Taylor Swift Releases New Joe Alwyn Track
After the release of ‘Midnights‘, Taylor dropped the deluxe version of the album with two new songs. One was a quintessential breakup song called ‘Hits Different‘ and another one was ‘Snow On The Beach‘ featuring more Lana Del Rey. A third song called ‘You’re Losing Me‘ was released in limited edition physical copies. For months, Swifties had begged Taylor to release it on streaming platforms. And as a way of celebrating her top artist achievement, Taylor did exactly that.
She took to social media and wrote, “We’ve seriously had THE MOST fun this year out there on tour and now this. Are you serious. So I was trying to think of a way to thank you, and a lot of you have been asking me to put “You’re Losing Me (From The Vault)” on streaming… so here you go! You can finally listen EVERYWHERE now.”
Um ok this is unreal?? I just wanted to say to anyone who listened to my music this year, anywhere in the world, thank you. Getting named Spotify’s Global Top Artist in 2023 is truly the best birthday/holiday gift you could’ve given me. We’ve seriously had THE MOST fun this year… pic.twitter.com/HZVkjvxp2D

Swift had written the song for her ex Joe Alwyn, something that has not been confirmed yet but many fans assume it’s about him. It gives an insight into their breakup and why it happened.
Anyway, that’s a wrap for Taylor in 2023, unless she has more surprises in line for December. Highly possible. It’s Taylor Swift we’re talking about after all.
