Taylor Swift’s ‘Midnights’ Is Back On No.1 Position On Billboard 200 After The Release Of The Deluxe Edition

Taylor Swift has become unstoppable since she released her tenth studio album, ‘Midnights.’ The album debuted at the No. 1 position on the Billboard 200. It became the highest-streamed album on Spotify in its history. Despite critically underwhelming reviews, the Swifties made the album the most commercially successful album of her career.

In March 2023, Taylor Swift commenced her ‘Eras Tour’ after the Ticketmaster debacle. So far, the tour has gotten an overwhelmingly positive response in North America. The songstress has given many surprises to the Swifties during the tour. She announced the re-recording of her third studio album, ‘Speak Now.’ In New Jersey, at MetLife Stadium, Taylor Swift announced the Deluxe Edition of her latest album, which has led her comeback to the top spot on the Billboard 200 list.

This new era of Taylor Swift has been commercially stupendous for the artist. Both the albums ‘Midnights’ and ‘Eras Tour’have earned her good money. Swift’s new tour could earn $1.6 billion, making it the most profitable tour in history after Beyoncé’s ‘Renaissance’ tour.

At the New Jersey concert, she exclusively released a new vault track from the album titled ‘You’re Losing Me.’ Before that, she released the deluxe edition titled ‘Til the Dawn Edition’ of the album. She had two new features on two songs, which included a ‘Karma’ remix with Ice Spice.

Now, these deluxe editions have earned her album, ‘Midnights,’ the top spot again on the Billboard 200 list. It has replaced Morgan Wallen’s ‘One Thing at a Time,’ which dethroned the album in March 2023. In the USA, the album earned 282,000 equivalent album units during the deluxe edition release week. The album maintained its spot for five consecutive weeks.
