The recent developments in Johnny Depp and Amber Heard‘s trial are taking wild turns. The case trial began on April 12th, 2022 at Fairfax County Circuit Court, Virginia. Johnny Depp has sued Heard for $50 million regarding an alleged defamatory article that she wrote in the Washington Post. In turn, Amber counter-sued him for $100 million. Both have accused each other of physical assault and testified for them. On Thursday, Amber Heard took the witness stand to give her testimony. Along with domestic violence accusations, Amber recalled a graphic incident where Depp shoved a liquor bottle in Heard’s Pubic bone and left her Vagina bleeding. After the trial, the teams issued statements on behalf of their respective talents.
Amber Heard Recalls The Liquor Bottle Incident While Sobbing Profusely
During the testimony on Thursday, the Aquaman actress alleged that in one of the violent incidents, Depp tried to push a vodka bottle into her vagina. She recalled that Johnny tried to kill her while pushing a liquor bottle against her pubic bone.
Amber answered while sobbing and hyperventilating, “I can’t believe I have to do this. Johnny had the bottle inside of me over and over again.” Depp added that the bottle left her vagina bleeding, and she was too overwhelmed with emotions to focus on the physical injury.
Fortunately, the bottle did not break “or else it would be a lot worse.” She continued, “I was heartbroken. Eventually, I realized that I could be hurt because I was bleeding, but I convinced myself it wasn’t broken, that the bottle wasn’t broken, or else it would be a lot worse.
The discomfort I was feeling afterward paled in comparison to how scared (and) shocked I was. I was scared. I just married this man.” Earlier, Johnny Depp refused the allegations of physically or sexually assaulting any woman let alone Amber Heard.
He admitted that he never “struck” Ms. Heard or any other woman in his life. He responded, “The situation escalated to the limit that was not based on any species of the truth.” Answering the domestic abuse proclamations, he said, “Never did I myself reach the point of striking Ms. Heard in any way, nor have I ever struck any woman in my life.”
Teams Of Johnny Depp And Amber Heard Released Statements
Thursday was a very uncomfortable day for all the attendees at Fairfax County Circuit Court present for Johnny Depp Vs. Amber Heard trial. Teams of both the actors have released statements after the graphic, unsettling, unnerving testimony of Amber Heard. While speaking to a media outlet, Depp’s representative said, “As Mr. Depp’s counsel correctly predicted in their opening statements last month, Ms. Heard did indeed deliver ‘the performance of her life in her direct examination.” Johnny Depp’s spokesperson claimed that the actor’s “recollections have remained exactly the same.”
The representative continued, “While Ms. Heard’s stories have continued to grow new and convenient details, Mr. Depp’s recollections have remained exactly the same throughout the six painful years since her first allegations were made. His truth – the truth – is the same no matter the environment in which it has been presented.” In conclusion, the person stated, “The upcoming cross-examination from Mr. Depp’s team will be most telling, and will certainly highlight the many fallacies Ms. Heard has now attempted to pass off as fact throughout her convoluted testimony.”
In response to this, the representative of the actress has also put out a statement, “They boast that Mr. Depp’s story has not changed. If so, since he lost the Domestic Violence Restraining Order and he resoundingly lost the libel case in the UK, perhaps he should consider a new strategy rather than the recycled approach of attacking the victim, and refusing to take responsibility for his own conduct.” The spokesperson continued, “If Mr. Depp was truly innocent, why has he repeatedly apologized to Ms. Heard and promised to put the ‘monster away for good,'”
Heard’s spokesperson said, adding that one of Heard’s “disappointments” is the Pirates of the Caribbean actor’s “inability to distinguish fact from fiction — a malady which appears to have spread to his legal team.” The representative took a dig at Johnny’s court behavior and how he doodles while the proceedings are in progress. They said, “That same team is so panicked they are fighting tooth and nail to prevent compelling evidence and photos from being introduced.
They remarked, “Small wonder Mr. Depp does not have the fortitude or courage to even look at Ms. Heard at all throughout the proceedings — as he could not in the UK trial — and, instead he doodles and snickers.”The spokesperson concluded the statement, “Mr. Depp’s behavior in this trial has been as pitiful as it was in their marriage. Apparently, they feel they must double-down on their demonstrably losing two-part strategy: distract the jury and demonize the victim.”
