Well, a good news for the fans has been announced. On Jonathan Bailey’s birthday, Netflix revealed that the actor will do a cameo in the series as Jack Maddox, Charlie’s Instagram crush.
Maddox, as per the books, is an English scholar and former musician who was a part of the Top 40 pop rock band Spare Parts. But, he made a career change and gained fame as a TV presenter of historical events. The first look of the character has been revealed through a post on X.

Meanwhile, Hayley Atwell is going to take on the role of Diane, the aunt of Nick Nelson (Kit Conner) who takes him on a summer holiday to Menorca instead of his mother Sarah (Olivia Coleman). All the characters are based on Alice Oseman’s novels. Eddie Marson is also going to join the show as Charlie Spring’s (Joe Locke) straight therapist.

What Is Heartstopper Season 3 About?
‘Heartstopper’ Season 3 continues the book series by Oseman. Charlie is going to say the three magical words: “I Love You” to Nick, his boyfriend. The summer holidays have ended and all the students are realizing that their school days are coming to an end.
All the friends including William Gao (Tao Xu), Yasmin Finney (Elle Argent), and Tobie Donovan (Isaac Henderson) are going to navigate their lives and the challenges coming with it. Moreover, they are also going to start thinking about the university applications as well.
Season 3 is going to focus more intimacy in the relationships. The show is all set to release in fall of 2024.
