Hollywood has long since seen many cases of sexual assault again and again. And once again another story has been unveiled. This time rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of sexual assault by a former model.
Crystal McKinney, the former model, has alleged in a fresh lawsuit against the rapper that she was sexually assaulted by him. Sean Combs has been facing multiple lawsuits already. And this news comes just days after a video of him beating his ex-girlfriend resurfaced. So let’s take a closer look right here.
What Happened Between Sean Combs and Crystal McKinney?
The internet was shaken up by the news of a fresh lawsuit against rapper Sean Combs. The lawsuit has been filed by former model Crystal McKinney. According to court documents, Crystal was 22 when she met Sean at an event in New York. Later that night Sean Combs invited her to his apartment.
Crystal McKinney claims that Sean and his friends were drinking and smoking marijuana at his apartment. She also claims that she was drugged by Sean Combs. And then taken to the bathroom where Combs forced himself on her. Combs also demanded she perform oral sex but when McKinney refused, Combs allegedly shoved his crotch in her face.

What Are The Other Accusations Faced By Sean Combs?
The Bad Boy Records label owner has been facing lawsuits since 1990. But the most significant one faced by him was in November 2023. Sean Combs was accused of years of abuse by his ex-girlfriend Cassie. Cassie aka Casandra Ventura alleged that she was trafficked, raped and beaten by Combs on many occasions over 10 years.
Sean Combs signed Cassie with his label in 2005 when she was 19 and he 37. Casandra Ventura also complained of being raped by Combs in 2018 when she tried to break things up with him. A hotel surveillance footage also corroborated Ms Ventura’s original complaint.
The video shows Combs chasing her down the corridor of a Los Angeles hotel and proceeding to punch and kick her outside a set of elevators. This has been mentioned in Casandra’s complaint as “around March 2016,” Combs became “extremely intoxicated and punched Ms Ventura in the face, giving her a black eye.” The video also shows Combs returning and shoving Casandra into a corner before hurling an object at her. After filing the complaint, Combs and Ventura settled for an undisclosed amount of money.
