Now a new report has come out in the form of a $3 billion lawsuit related to a kidnapping case that was filed against him by Trenesha Biggers. Let’s get into the details.
What’s The Kidnapping Lawsuit Against Dwayne Johnson?
According to the reports that have come out, Dwayne Johnson has been sued by former wrestler Trenesha Biggers, also known as Rhaka Khan. He is reportedly part of a conspiracy to kidnap Trenesha and her two kids.
Johnson’s fans also reacted to the lawsuit, describing it to be “outlandish” and that Johnson would never get involved in any such a crime. Although the lawsuit is 50 pages long, the details inside seem to be like a joke or an attempt to obtain money from celebrities, companies, and government agencies.
The document reads, “The defendants named collectively conspired to kidnap PLAINTIFF and her two children from Brighter Tomorrows Domestic Violence Shelter. Plaintiff and her children M.F. and Z.S. were hunted down after Plaintiff filed congressional inquiries regarding military sexual assault and violence. Plaintiff or ‘Biggers’ has been falsely arrested multiple times as a favor to BIGGERS ex in [an] attempt to kidnap her children.”
There is a long list of defendants alongside complaints. The list includes all the happenings that could accompany an emotionally charged child custody scenario that went awry.

Trenesha Biggers Was A Fugitive
While netizens have already shared their reactions to Trenesha Biggers’ lawsuit against Dwayne Johnson, they are unaware that she has been a fugitive in the past. An arrest warrant was issued against her related to the violation of a child custody order.
Biggers’ former husband Ephram Sins is also mentioned in the complaint, claiming that Trenesha and their kids were hiding in a women’s shelter where Sims could not locate Biggers and the children. According to Biggers, Sins made various false reports regarding their missing claiming that the kids were kidnapped by Biggers.
As mentioned earlier, Trenesha Biggers’ case has a long list of defendants but their role in the lawsuit has not been revealed yet. But Biggers was allowed to proceed with the case in March 2023.
