Hollywood’s bad guy is set to appear in the MCU, redeeming his previous role in ‘Doctor Strange‘. Known for his performances in ‘Another Round’, ‘Casino Royale’, and ‘Pusher,’ Mads Mikkelsen is one of the most versatile actors of the modern era.
Unfortunately, the fans were not pleased with his role in 2016’s ‘Doctor Strange’ and Mikkelsen’s character received a lot of hatred. However, now is his time for the ultimate MCU redemption.

Mads Mikkelsen To Make MCU Comeback
The actor appeared as Kaecilius, a former student of The Ancient One in 2016’s Benedict Cumberbatch’s ‘Doctor Strange‘. Kaecilius was soon found in the service of Dormammu, the Lord of Chaos. One of the best actors could not save the character from sinking, as it was considered one of the weaker antagonists in the MCU.
According to Daniel Richtman, a popular scooper, Mikkelsen will return to the MCU playing a new character. However Marvel is yet to confirm the news official, but if the rumors are true, then Marvel seems to have something huge planned for the actor.

Can Mikkelsen Play Doctor Doom?
Known for his villainous roles as Kaecilius in ‘Doctor Strange’ and Gellert Grindelwald in the ‘Fantastic Beasts’ series, Mads Mikkelsen is now being considered for Doctor Doom or maybe even Galactus.
It is a sure thing that Marvel would not handle Galactus the way it portrayed Kaecilius. Also, this makes Mikkelsen the perfect choice to play Galalctus, the world-devouring cosmic entity in the Marvel Universe, that is rumored to debut in the MCU with the ‘Fantastic Four‘. Also, the character is an antagonist and not an outright villain making it a perfect fit for an actor like Mikkelsen who delivered some of the finest roles in DC and Marvel.
