Prince Harry Feels More Like Home In New York City
Since coming to the US, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been to New York City twice. For the first time, in May 2023, the experience was fatal as they were chased by the paparazzi, almost causing an accident. The second time, recently, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex went to the Big Apple for the World Mental Health Day Festival. During the second visit, Harry falls in love with the city and wants to move.
According to Heat magazine, Prince Harry desperately wants to move to New York, but Meghan Markle is not on board. “Meghan’s so happy to be back in California, she can’t imagine leaving,” the outlet says. Meghan wants to reinstate her image as an actress in Hollywood. So she is finding her husband’s insistence annoying.
Prince Harry has been homesick for a long time, and the city reminds him of London. An insider told the magazine, “The truth is he desperately misses London, and being in the city helps. Plus, he could easily go home for a long weekend if they lived in New York.”
