Elon Musk recently attacked billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates on Wednesday on Twitter. This comes after a report alleged that the Microsoft co-founder has spent millions to fight against Musk’s $44 billion Twitter takeover. Hundreds of millions of dollars are said to have flowed from Bill Gates’ Foundation. The money went to 11 of the 26 organizations that signed an open letter pushing Twitter advertisers to boycott the business.
The condition of the boycott is Elon Musk’s restoration of free speech on the network last month. The study analyzed public records to connect hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions from the letter signatories back to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. This is done using research and analysis by the Foundation for Freedom Online (FFO).

According to the Foundation of Freedom Online’s study, the Gates Foundation provided $457 million in cash donations through the New Venture Fund. The employees of Soros, Clinton, and Obama also fire off an anti-Musk letter calling for a Twitter boycott. Following Musk’s tweet on who finances these organizations that seek to limit one’s access to information, news appeared late Wednesday.
Also, it indicates that the anti-Musk campaign is receiving funds from affluent Democratic donors and their family foundations. Further, the involvement of labor unions and European governments in the funding is also suspected. In one of the tweets on this issue, Elon Musk replies about the sick move by Bill Gates. Musk also targeted Bill in his reply.
“You think that’s bad, wait until you find out what he put in your vaccine.”

At the beginning of this month, 26 NGOs and organizations had shared a signed boycott letter. To the letter Musk simply replied by tweeting, “Sunlight is the best disinfectant“. Further, Musk even questioned the organizations that fund such organizations.
“Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter will further toxify our information ecosystem. Further it will be a direct threat to public safety. especially among those already most vulnerable and marginalised. Under Musk’s management, Twitter risks becoming a cesspool of misinformation, with your brand attached, polluting our information ecosystem in a time where trust in institutions and news media is already at an all-time low”
