Ezra Miller gets arrested in Hawaii for second-degree assault. This comes again less than four weeks after Miller’s first arrest for disorderly conduct and harassment in Hilo, Hawaii. After an incident at a private residence in Pahoa, Miller was arrested early Tuesday morning. A report of an assault at a get-together in the Leilani Estates subdivision in lower Puna gets the patrol officers to respond. Miller gets angry when he is asked to leave. he in his anger throws a chair. Hence, striking a 26-year-old woman in the forehead and causing a half-inch cut, according to the Hawaii Police Department. The woman refused to have her injury treated.

During a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 130 and Kukula Street in Kea’au, police discovered Miller on the road. Ezra then got arrested at 1:30 a.m and was released at 4:05 a.m. The investigation is still going on. Ezra’s first arrest was on March 28. Miller became unruly and yelled obscenities while other patrons sang karaoke. Hence, prompting South Hilo officers to respond to a report of a disorderly bar patron. Miller snatched the microphone from a singer and lunged at a darts player. Ezra paid the $500 bail. Miller gets his release from custody after his arrest. He is under the charges of disorderly conduct and harassment.

A Hawaiian couple filed a restraining order against Miller the day after the first arrest. The restraining order claimed Miller burst into the couple’s bedroom and threatened them, and Miller allegedly stole some of the couple’s belongings, including a passport and wallet. A judge dismissed the order on April 13 at the request of the couple. According to Hawaii Police Assistant Chief Kenneth Quiocho, Miller had been the source of 10 police calls in Hilo since March 7.
The second arrest comes less than a week after the release of “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore” in the United States. Miller appears as a supporting character in the “Harry Potter” spinoff franchise. After a slew of controversies, the latest installment of “Fantastic Beasts” debuted at a franchise low. The standalone DC Comics film “The Flash” is also on Miller’s schedule, with a release date of June 23, 2023.
