The night before she filed for divorce from Johnny Depp, Amber Heard invited James Franco to her house. On Tuesday, Depp’s lawyer Camille Vasquez questioned Heard about her evidence in which she discussed requesting a temporary domestic violence restraining order on May 27, 2016, so she could replace the locks.
Heard said on Monday that she was collapsing and had trouble sleeping as a result of panic episodes about Depp’s visit to the apartment where she was staying. Even if she requested that he not be permitted, she claimed that the building personnel would let him in.

Vasquez then inquired as to why Heard felt at ease having James Franco around on May 22, 2016. Heard stated that she had no idea what time James arrived at her house. The attorney decided to inform Amber of this as well.
She then showed elevator security footage of Heard and Franco on their way up to her apartment on May 22, 2016, at 11 p.m. Franco, 44, is seen wearing a cap and carrying a rucksack in the video. He puts his head on Heard’s shoulder at one moment, while she looks to rest her head on his. After that, they both exit the elevator together.

Heard Confirms James Franco’s Presence At Johnny Depp’s Pent House
Franco was in the video, and they were headed to her apartment, Heard revealed. When questioned if she was aware her husband would be out of town, she stated she didn’t know what she knew about Depp’s itinerary at the time. The next day, May 23, 2016, the actress filed for divorce from Depp. Heard mentioned Franco during the redirect. Franco was said to be her buddy, according to Heard. He practically lived next door. Amber had exhausted her regular support network and was eager to accept as much companionship as she could at the time.
Heard testified that she was good friends with Franco, with whom she co-wrote two films. She also said that Depp was envious of her and accused her of having relationships with her co-stars and that he didn’t want her to keep performing. According to Depp, Amber and Franco were having an affair.
