Though Kim would like to have him on the show, certain people in Pete’s life do not want that for him.
Career Of Pete Davidson Is At All-Time High
The first episode of The Kardashians premiered on Hulu on April 14th, 2022. It has already become the most-streamed premiere in the States as per the streaming platform. In the first episode, we saw the beaus of Khloé and Kourtney.
The premiere started with Kim being selected to take up host duties at SNL. The SKIMS owner and the comedian started dating around this time. At the premiere of The Kardashians, Pete did come along as Kim’s date. Well, the audience would love to see him on the show, but his inner circle is not on the same page.
As per sources, the comedian’s well-wishers do not want him to appear on the infamous show. The reason is his career. One of the sources said, “His career has taken off, what does he need this for?” There is no lie in this!
Pete Davidson has many exciting projects lined up for him. He will be starring alongside Kaley Cuoco in a romantic comedy Meet Cute. He will be seen playing Joey Ramone, the punk rock singer, and songwriter in his biopic.
The sources said that an appearance on reality TV will affect the normalcy in his life. They explained, “Before he met Kim [Kardashian], no one knew what Pete was doing.”
The History Of Men On The Show Is Not Good
If one has followed the show, we know the appearance of the sisters’ partners has not turned out well. The inner circle of Pete has pointed out the same problem. Looking at Tristan Thompson, who cheated on Khloé twice, Lamar Odom, and others, things did not fare well.
“Getting involved in the show decimates every man,” the source said. They believe that reality TV is a definite way to kill any relationship. Another source has refuted these claims and said, “He feels no pressure to be in the show. Neither do the people around him. If it happens that he’s on the show, it happens.”
During the cover interview with Variety, Kim Kardashian said that she was not supposed to film with the comedian due to a difference in their vocation. In Season 1, the viewers will come to know about the trajectory of the business mogul and the SNL star’s relationship.
